CPR & AED Awareness

Shocktober is a month-long campaign to highlight the importance of knowing where Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are located and to ensure that all AEDs are made publicly accessible and registered through Ambulance KuJana

Restart a Heart Day is held on October 16 and is a global initiative to raise awareness and educate the community about CPR and AEDs.

Did you know that only 1 in 200 Zimbabweans survive a cardiac arrest? Together we can improve cardiac arrest survival rates by knowing how to perform CPR and use an AED (defibrillator).
